PIYAJ Karela Fry(ONION KARELA)
Ingredients:
3 medium-sized karela, thinly sliced
3 medium-sized Onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 onion, finely sliced
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Rub the sliced karela with salt and set aside for 30 minutes, then rinse and pat dry.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
Add onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
Add turmeric, red chili, and coriander powder, and mix well.
Add the karela slices and stir-fry on medium heat until they become crispy and browned. .
