Ingredients:
Red Matra (Channa)
Onions
Tomatoes
Ginger-Garlic Paste
Spices (Turmeric, Coriander Powder, Cumin, Garam Masala)
Fresh Cilantro
Lemon Juice
Instructions:
Soak the Red Matra (Channa) overnight.
Cook the Channa in a pressure cooker until soft.
In a pan, sauté onions until golden brown, then add tomatoes and ginger-garlic paste.
Add the spices and cook until the oil separates.
Mix in the cooked Channa and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lemon juice.
